Mike and his team noticed that some of the tiles were cracked so he replaced them with spare tiles from his backyard, since they were not available on the market anymore.

It would only happen in high wind downpours which made it difficult to locate but when it leaked it took buckets to catch the water inside. Mike came out and gave me an estimate first thing Thursday and they came and did the work first thing Friday. I was told previously that I had 20 broken tiles. When Done Right came out and did the work they found 61 tiles to replace. They didn't try to charge more than their estimate. They just did the work quickly and left. It only took them one hour and ten minutes. I did not go up on my roof and verify all of their work but I saw the pile of broken tiles so I am confident that they did the work. I went with Done Right because Mike and his team were transparent and thorough. Mike went over my entire roof, took pictures, then took the time to go over every single picture with me and explain exactly what they needed to do. He told me which things were "Fix ASAP" vs "Fix soon" and even a couple "Good idea" items. He was absolutely not pushy at all. Not once did "New Roof" come out of his mouth. The other guys? Their quote included a second quote in case we wanted a new roof.... it was clear Mike was here to do exactly what we hired him to do: Fix our tile roof before it became a major issue.
